Cheltenham West End Partnership (CWEP) is an area regeneration partnership set up as a company in 2000 as part of a government funded Single Regeneration Budget programme. It exists to promote the social and economic regeneration of the west central area of Cheltenham and especially the Lower High Street area, St Peters and the Moors and St Pauls.

Operating as an independent not for profit organisation it aims to enable, facilitate and support initiatives within its area of benefit that improve the area or the lives of people living or working here. It does this in partnership with public, private and voluntary/community sector organisations.

The Partnership currently employs a Partnership Manager and an administration worker and is developing projects with residents and local independent traders. As a coordinating body rather than a delivery organisation the Partnership aims to work with other community and regeneration organisations to provide positive outcomes for the local area.

Cheltenham West End Partnership provides facilities in the shape of the Community Resource Centre at Grove Street Cheltenham.  This resource centre enables services to be provided locally and also offers office space for other VCS organisations as well as affordable meeting and training rooms.
