Street Drinkers and Beggars

Street drinkers and beggars create perceptions that far outweigh the actual size of the problem.

This is because they are highly visible and provide a picture that does not fit comfortably with Cheltenham’s image.

We, however, are more concerned with them as individuals with individual needs who deserve the same support and access to services as anyone else.

Our project partners are Turning Point, P3, Cheltenham Borough Council, Stonham, Cheltenham Safe, and the Cheltenham Town Centre Police.
